Mistakes happen, but accepting payment then backing out is careless & unfair. Wasted my time planning around delivery, no goodwill offered (no discount, voucher, or apology that meant anything). Hope they tighten pricing process. As frustrating as it gets.

Waited but never changed. Enquired and told sent by courier but no tracking. Then told a few days later it was missing. Repeatedly asked about the tracking but kept avoiding answering .I do not believe it was ever sent. Eventually issued a refund. When I advised that indeed the goods had not been delivered that produced photos as proof of delivery. Unfortunately it was not my property in the photos! Further more my delivery instructions were to Priceline Parcel Point Camden.
