The packaging was outstanding, in its original protective packaging and then shipped in an another durable shipping box. The items inside and collector box were still in original mint condition with no defects or changes to appearance. The description perfectly represented everything that was included and photos were of the actual product not reproductions from the manufacturer.

Offered a partial refund when vinyl was ever so slightly damaged (but still playable). Really appreciate the communication and transparency! Also offered a reasonable price (before partial refund) vs what other sellers were listing similar vinyls. Would love to buy from this seller again!

The item was placed in a shipping box without padding, causing a pre-existing crease to become a larger area of damage. Fortunately, I just don’t care anymore. It is an unopened, new item, and my care is for the figure and box front. Good seller communication.
