I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when I sent them back I received zero communication from the seller. I saw that the clubs had been successfully returned, but even after several days I never got my refund or heard anything from the seller. eBay asked if I had been refunded and I said no. They immediately got my refund, for which I am very grateful, but I never did hear from the seller.
