Unfortunately the product arrived with a fault but following some basic troubleshooting seller was quick to send us a replacement unit. Replacement unit works well, arrived clean and apart from minor cosmetic blemishes on the cover (which were described on listing and expected) the item feels and works almost like brand new. Would definitely use this seller again in the future.

The device I have now is exactly as advertised and working perfectly. Craig's communication throughout was brilliant and his customer service was second to none. Absolutely textbook customer service. Great job!!!
