For buyers from this seller: I bought a Zippo lighter from this seller, and during shipping, the package got lost. I contacted the seller, and he responded very quickly, saying he would definitely contact the shipping company (USPS) and follow up on the issue. He assured me that even if the lighter wasn’t found, he would fully refund me for the lighter and the shipping cost. Thanks to his follow-up, the package arrived after three or four days. 🙏👍👍👍👌👌👌

USPS didn’t provide any tracking updates but not sellers fault at all so don’t hold that against him. Great communication from seller as well and provided quick answers regarding shipping.

The post office had my item 'out for delivery' but it never made to me. They eventually returned it to the seller instead of delivering it to me, but it was the post office that had the problem. The seller, mrchuckholmes, quickly communicated with me and refunded me immediately. He did everything right - the post office created a problem that didn't exist. I would definitely look to purchase from him again.
