In my case it might have been because the carrier lost item for a while as I got two “Out for delivery” notifications over a week apart and the item was delivered the second time by Evri though no tracking or information came from Evri. The product itself was good quality and better than expected. Just the delivery time let this seller down as even from China it was longer than I normally experience.
