It was slightly dirty, which is to be expected. But it was better than as described, which I appreciated. The packaging was great, it had significant amount of protection. I believe I got more for what I paid. The shipping was about was was expected from the description but got all the information for it.

I had some concerns about the product that ended up not being an issue, but they were willing to find a solution with me. Thankfully we didnt need to do that. I would purchase from them again. Even thought I had to pay for liftgate service (I totally understand why) it’s still was a good value for the used transmission. Shipping was fast and delivered before the expected date.

The part I received had some cosmetic damage on the outside that wasnt shown in the pictures and also was not mentioned in the description of the part.
