I dont know if it is a common problem or just an isolated defect. I contacted the seller and got a quick response. They refunded my money and credited my account 2 days later. I am really happy the way this was handled. Top notch customer service. Received the package quickly also.

The battery turned off by itself in 3 hours.(zero current) Now a simple calculation will give the real Capacity of this battery. 1 A x 3 hours = 3 Ah(Amps hours)=3000mAh. That is in Power=voltage x current. In reality as the battery was in load(1A) the voltage on the load was 1 V (not 1.5 v).So the real power is 1A x 1V=1W=1000mw.So the real Capacity is 1W x 3 h =3Wh=3000mwh NOT 12000mWh !!!

Unbelievable!! Brand new carefully packaged batteries were delivered either last night or this morning by USPS. These batteries are being sold for a great price in multiple quanities so I won't have to worry about running out of them. No more buying batteries from that giant online company with the grey delivery vans.
