Well packaged and laptop exactly as described. Seller gave excellent service (fixed a missing footpad on the laptop before posting, and emailed on how to setup the laptop with the correct drivers). The seller was very quick to respond and besides sending a replacement PSU, also offered futher options including returning the laptop if we wanted to - which we did, and upon receipt we were refunded very quickly! Excellent communication from this seller.
