HOWEVER, these new old stock headphones must have been improperly stored in a hot warehouse for a few years. The headband cover was beginning to flake off in the shipping bag. It completley flaked off on my head and shirt within an hour! The ear pads were similarly deteriorated. The reason for the bargain price and no return policy is now clear! These are Goodwill bound for sure.
