When a shipping error caused the package to be returned to the sender, seller re-shipped it to me at no cost. Unfortunately, the additional travel caused some of the items in the shipment to get damaged. When I contacted the seller, I received an immediate response and a partial refund. I reached out to the seller, and he was apologetic and immediately offered to send the correctly colored hangers. These are quality and they are almost impossible to find as they're out of stock everywhere, so I was psyched to find these for the wife. Seller stands behind his products and made this right.
