However, the condition of the lunchbox is definitely used for an extended period of time. I sent a message to the seller about the used condition of the lunchbox and asked about the misleading description of the "NEW" lunchbox. Though I did not receive a response, the cost was refunded the next day. So, the seller made good on the flawed merchandise. I must still find a new lunchbox to meet a need.
