Value is for a new collector here. The note have 1 problem area that stopped my purchased. But (gossmitc) was the perfect Businessman, he asked for no explanation, merely if I would return the note and he would give me a 100% refund. In 2 days, I received a full refund and compliments. That's the way I remember the Numismatic World as being when I first joined in 1968. Thank you Sir!

Packaging was deficient, in my view, as the coin was not properly protected from the potential ravages of the USPS. (Plastic baggy around coin, and only a lightly padded envelope.) Still, I see no damage to the coin, so this is more of an observation and opinion than a complaint. Also, it looks to me as though the shipping charge of $5.85 was excessive.
