      I was very disappointed that I had to chase up if the item has been sent out to me. I payed for within 10 seconds of purchase and waited 3 working days with no up dates on the tracking to be told they hadn't sent it out yet and gave loads of excuses why But no valid reason as there is multiple postage services in the UK that can be used 7 days a week.

      This is such disappointing feedback. The parcel arrived within 6 days, this is not an unreasonable time to wait for postage and delivery. I had let you know several times I was having trouble finding an Evri shop with a working printer. Not that none were open - that none had a working printer. You messaged 4 days me *after* you had bought to let me know it was a birthday present - and I made sure it was delivered for the day you needed it after driving to 4 different Evri locations.
