Iitem was shipped in unsealed padded envelope w/in not-completely sealed box, & some smaller pieces were lost in transit. Emailed seller suggesting future items be in ziplock bags & fully sealed boxes. Seller expressed regret & offered to send some small pieces in replacement, but I didn't have time for that (it was a gift, so I just used small parts in "my" collection to complete the figure).

I would give the seller 5 stars since the only problem I had was the delivery ended up being delayed by 3 days, but that's out of the sellers hands at that point.
