Unfortunately the model was not packed too well and was damaged by rough handling during transit. However, on reporting this to the seller, he immediately offered a good discount, so I will be attempting some repairs, with spares and repainting. I spoke with the seller about the best methods of packaging ship models and he was very receptive; I am sure future purchases will be securely packaged. All in all, a very responsible seller who I can highly recommend.

Well packaged to prevent further damage. Delivered to my house quickly. Seller was very patient when I explained I was having problems with PayPal.
