I highly recommend speaking to a manager at the local PO and filing a complaint with them. If they are not cooperative I'd speak to the postmaster. Product is in perfect condition and as described. Looks exactly like I remembered back in 1986! These cassettes work perfectly with 3rd Party Blaster (aka Transistor). Packaging was professional and protected well. Shipped very quickly and great value.
