Their listings are very accurate -- most books are new or remainders and the odd ex-library book is clearly identified so there are never any unhappy surprises! Most books appear new and they are always SO well packed and protected! Even though they don't offer shipping discounts their prices are super competitive and you will ALWAYS get lovely quality books that arrive undamaged!

All of the books I ordered were exactly as described, They were also promptly shipped and arrived quickly, too.
