I took pictures and sent them to the seller. He responded quickly and was apologetic for the way it had been handled after it left him. Seller ended up letting me keep the card in hopes that I could fix the horrible bending and issued me a full refund! I commend him for keeping his word. In my book keeping your word is huge! I absolutely recommend this seller! Thanks for handling the situation in a positive way

It was wrapped with plenty of bubble wrap and packaged in a cardboard box for extra protection. I really appreciate the care and attention the seller provided. The cards were exactly as described.
