The seller was exceptionally helpful and communicative. When it turned out that by huge coincidence I was holidaying in the vicinity of her home, I was welcomed to the house to collect the item in person. It was wrapped up for me and boxed to that we could carry it safely home in the car. Lots of great advice about the locality and follow up about our sightseeing. A delightful purchasing experience!

I adore the Magic Roundabout and thought this plate was a too good an opportunity to miss, good value & I love it. It's as described and the postage cost was brilliant! Thank you

The items were thoroughly and carefully wrapped, but unfortunately one of them (china mug) was smashed! I suspect that the couriers failed to take adequate care. However I was immediately given a full refund by eBay so should not complain. (Hopefully the seller did not lose out either!). Shame not to have a matching pair of mugs, so will need to keep looking on eBay.
