Asked buyer for photographs to send to the courier to claim but buyer kept sending the same one photo repeatedly. We requested a photo of the packaging to see any exterior damaged but buyer said that the packaging had been disposed of. The proof of delivery photograph from the courier doesn't show any damage, so we can not be certain when the damage was actually done.
