The bracelet itself was listed as silver, but the charm was bronze/gold and the band was silver. This particular bracelet wasn't originally sold as a two-tone bracelet, but I don't think this error was done purposefully. After contacting the seller about this, they offered a full refund, including shipping. It was handled very promptly and professionally.
