Contact with the seller was not great. They did send a replacement toy bar, I hope it was delivered to my daughter. But I had to purchase the battery pack. I was offered no discount for the missing parts. Buyer Beware! If it has an open box, ask if it contains everything and have them check it.

I respectfully tried to work with the seller. When they failed to provide me proof they submitted a claim with the carrier or checked that the carrier didnt route the package to the wrong address/S The seller failed to respond to my last 2 messages. Had they responded, the rating would be higher. But I have no choice other than to leave the lowest possible rating.
