Everything was well wrapped and packaged to survive USPS shipping. Sadly, the trucks snapped off the car while trying to remove it from the manufacturer's box. I reached out to the seller about the issue in an attempt to figure out what I did wrong. Jon responded quickly to make things right, even though it wasn't his fault. What OUTSTANDING customer service! Many thanks!

Any one can make a mistake and seller did all that could be expected.
