Claimed the free ship offer had passed, even though it was still advertised online. Once the purchase was complete, then a $20 shipping charge was added. Seller was unwilling to refund the $20, so instead sent a cheap bag to hold the item. In all our communication, seller never offered a refund. It is a knockoff and looks like it.
