They employ a hopeless automated communication system , that fails to understand anything you write. My item was despatched with a strange code inserted into the address, which caused the delivery company (Evri) to not deliver the parcel within the delivery period. They sent repeated generic responses that failed to acknowledge the issue and failed to refund me . AVOID , YOU DON'T NEED THE HASSLE AND FRUSTRATION AND MONEY.
