    The computer arrived promptly. Unfortunately, it would not boot up. The seller and I had open and honest correspondence, including a video call, to try to find an easy fix. In the end, the seller asked me to return the computer for investigation, which revealed that one of the memory cards had come loose during shipping. It was sorted and returned to my complete satisfaction. The computer is so much faster and quieter than my old desktop. Customer service very friendly & trustworthy.
