    This seller offers a Tesla battery repair service and advertises free return shipping, I sent 2 batteries to him and after the repair he demanded I send him the return label because it says so in the descripntion. I've never seen it before but after some arguments he stopped responding, and while he refunded the fees for the repair he went ahead and kept my batteries! These batteries cost a lot more than his service and the seller has no right to keep other people's property! Stay away!

    My listing clearly states that buyers are responsible for both sending and return shipping labels. This information is clearly written in the item description. The buyer insisted I provide a free return label, he was refusing to follow the agreed terms, the buyer became uncooperative. The statement that I “kept the batteries” is also misleading. I refunded the repair fee, but the buyer refused to provide the return shipping label for his own batteries, as required in the listing.
