Truth be told, my item arrived with a modest problem -- some lubrication had dried up on this vintage unit and it wasn't working properly. The seller could not have been more gracious: Immediately offering to take the unit back, agreeing to repair the unit, and sending it back to me working like a charm. Throughout, they communicated with me continuously and I just felt as if I were being treated highly honestly and transparently. When seller finally responded they claimed they never sold me the item and shipped it internationally? Seller is a confused mess!
