After communicating with seller, I was sent 30 replacement beads with a prepaid envelope to send the damaged ones back. The replacement beads were beautiful and up to standard. I've bought once before from this seller and that first transaction was good. I am happy with seller's communication, fair resolution, and now with my beautiful beads! Thank you!

I actually left my phone screen on in my pocket and it placed another order for the same order of beads that I had already received. They shipped it immediately. I messaged them explaining that my pocket just placed this order and I know that they are already printed the shipping label, but I really didn’t need the beads.
