Seller packed them well with enough padding to protect them but, it took a week for the seller to actually ship them, and then another 16 days for delivery to NY via Orange Connex. Not exactly speedy shipping or delivery. His communication was outstanding, he showed genuine interest in the questions I had about the product and really cared that the item should reach me with promptly and without fuss. Postage from China was very quick and completely transparent with the item able to be tracked at every stage. The product, two open reel take up spools are of the absolute highest quality and fantastic value for money.
