I contacted them two different times and they responded within minutes both times. Not sure who was up late, me or them in Japan lol. Shipping and handling was 5 days earlier than their estimated maximum timeline. Packaging was adequate and secure. Item was the exact one as pictured in the ad. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
