Exterior Parts Policy

Returns for Exterior Parts:

Collection from Yard:
Customers can choose to collect purchased items directly from our breakers yard. Collection must be arranged in advance by contacting us, and all items should be collected within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the buyer’s location.

International Shipping:

Collection Policy:
Collections are welcome please see the listed guidelines for collections:
-We will require a deposit before getting the part off the vehicle if it is still on it.
-If no deposit is paid, customer will have to wait till it is taken off, no guarantee of time.
-Customer must only enter the reception, no access in the yard as it is an operation area.
-You will be required to show ID or proof of purchase for any online order collection.
