I had some trouble getting it to work properly for me so I contacted the seller. He offered some suggestions and told me he would refund my money plus shipping if I could not get it to work properly. It turned out to be my error (complicated by a user's manual that was a little short on information). The unit works fine. Great seller. Highly recommended.
