      No communication at all. No tracking info. Should have paid an extra few dollars from a different seller. Lesson learned unfortunately. Very disappointed considering my old tumbler quit working and I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for this one. Do not recommend this seller at all.

      Paid $50 for shipping that was supposed to take a week. Seller then says having factory delays and item will actually take a month to arrive. Seller did not offer to refund/reduce any shipping costs. Then seller shipped it to the wrong address but blamed fedex for delivering it to the wrong address. FedEx states that my address did not match the shipping address, but seller still would not take responsibility for shipping it to the wrong person. Eventually was refunded my money.
