This seller just likes to waist people's time and money .

Told me what service pack to buy from his eBay shop, then sent me crystal clear, step by step detailed photo instructions on how to dismantle the pump and install the part. This was before i'd purchased the part!! I also purchased the descaler along with the service pack (if nothing else, it means you ran run the filter with Couldn't recommend enough and would use again. Thanks John
