He would not replace them and only wanted to give me a partial refund. Now I am out $84 for them and if I can't get another set before August 1st I will lose my entry fee for my event ($350). I have contacted him and he will not replace them even though he packaged them horribly

However, all contact with seller has been very good, swift replies and quality seems excellent so just a little disappointing not being able to start using them. Delivery time is quite long and VAT was added after checkout, so that was a surprise.
