Sent pictures of the components that came in the box, and noted that the listing was for a new item. Seller responded stating that what I received was a new in box and unopened item, that I must have ordered one for the wrong refrigerator, and to return it and buy the correct one. What I received was an open box item that was re-taped numerous times. Seller denied it was an open box item and then lied about opening it to check and add more protection before shipping. Seller tore off a lot of the previous box tape but missed a spot printed “Inspected from BestBuy”. Internal items were all unwrapped and rattling around loose.
