I bought a product from the seller in good faith based on the picture that was posted after receiving the item, I realize a part was missing. I tried to reach out to the seller several times to see. oh this could work out if they would send me the missing parts but the seller did not respond not even once. poor poor customer service. do not purchase anything from the seller.
