I purchased two dragon head bottles that were OBVIOUSLY NOT as advertised on their eBay website/photos (see my attached photos). I requested a full refund and return shipping label but was told seller does not provide return labels. Although, the seller agreed to a full refund but not until I returned the bottles. I shipped the bottles back to the seller; however, seller did NOT refund my $16.55 shipping fee(see attached return shipping pic). UNACCEPTABLE!

Not from shipping damage, but from packaging. Really to the point that the hard creased lines never came out. It was bad. Total lack of care. HOWEVER, I contacted the seller and they did respond quickly which I appreciate. They offered a 20% discount and asked me to keep the item which really isn’t great as the item is more of less ruined. I did however accept it and move on. Won’t buy from again
