Upon arrival the item was as described, however some issues did occur after opening the box and diving into my purchase deeper. I messaged the seller and they were happy to help. They were able to resolve my issue and were very flexible with my needs. I would highly recommend this seller! Truly an amazing experience!

The plush I was looking for was limited edition, and I was very nervous about getting a bootleg item. The seller reassured me and when I did receive it, it was perfectly wrapped and even better—legitimate! The only thing I was disappointed with (which isn't the seller’s fault) was that the original boxed plush came with additional goodies that I didn’t receive with mine. But that’s on me, not the seller!
