I've never seen it before but after some arguments he stopped responding, and while he refunded the fees for the repair he went ahead and kept my batteries! These batteries cost a lot more than his service and the seller has no right to keep other people's property! The statement that I “kept the batteries” is also misleading. I refunded the repair fee, but the buyer refused to provide the return shipping label for his own batteries, as required in the listing.
