A dog crate has to be able to be closed entirely, obviously. I immediately notified the seller, who seemed to want to help at first. They apologized and said they would send a replacement dog crate, but I never received the crate and the seller stopped replying to my messages. So I paid for an unusable dog crate and nobody is being accountable for this.
