With pictures sent, they said that it wouldn't work, even though it was for this radio. Then when I mentioned refund/return, they stated that it wasn't beneficial for them to do that, and I should sell it on my own, to get reimbursement. I contacted eBay, and they approved and started the return/refund. Not a great customer service tactic with this seller. You've been warned !¡!
