However, instead of just giving me a refund, he offered to ship me a Zoom H4N Pro (the H4N's successor) with no additional cost! That is truly great customer service. Shipping was faster than was expected (around 2 weeks). It came in a box filled with packing peanuts. It was in good condition, as described when the seller proposed it to me. Great deal. Best seller I've seen on this site. Great job!
