The figure came with all pieces and no damage to the box as it was packaged securely in bubble wrap. The Osomatsu-San figures can be expensive but this was the best deal I found for them. The seller was communicative, respectful, packaged the item well, and when the item was shipped took nearly days to go from Japan to the US.
