    Shipping took 10 days which seems excessive and was almost a week longer than the listing stated. I was sent a different item than was described or pictured in the listing. I received NO communication from the seller when I asked for the correct item. I contacted them multiple times for a week so they had plenty of chances to respond. Very disappointed. The wrong vacuum canister was packaged fine. Waste of my time and money.

    I would not purchase anything again from the seller. I bought a product from the seller in good faith based on the picture that was posted after receiving the item, I realize a part was missing. I tried to reach out to the seller several times to see. oh this could work out if they would send me the missing parts but the seller did not respond not even once. poor poor customer service. do not purchase anything from the seller.
