That was NOT acceptable! They did refund my money for the pen, but I had to ship the pen back to them. They told me they would reimburse me for shipping. They have not! Tracking shows it is held for them to pick up, but they still haven't picked it up 9 days later, and stopped responding to messages. Nothing but grief in this whole process. They should be banned from selling on Ebay!
