They informed me that they had bought this in good faith from their supplier as an original but came to an agreement with me that I could return the item or accept a compromise ( which I chose to do). Item was new as described. Good communication and prompt delivery.

Unfortunately, there was some damage to the Item, but as I was able to repair this myself and it was usable, I decided to keep it. On informing Andy of my disappointment, he was quick to respond and offered a full refund on return or a partial refund, which I accepted. Despite the problem, all was handled quickly and fairly, and I would not hesitate to buy from Him again. Thank you, Andy. Impressed with your High level of customer service. Tony

I raised this issue with the dealer and received a very prompt reply. The dealer then sourced the missing information for me very quickly and offered a refund for the inconvenience.
