Poor communication, refused to combine shipping (paid $100+ in shipping), didn’t honor a 15% discount, many cards arrived damaged or mislabeled. Took 2+ weeks to arrive, and customer service (John) was unhelpful. Never got full refunds. Backwards toploaders, misleading stickers. One of the worst sellers I’ve dealt with in 30 years. Avoid Dean’s Cards.

Sutherland way above and beyond to ensure that I got the package well protected and well before I needed it. They were under no obligation to expedite shipping but did so anyway is a kindness what a great seller five star service. This is not my first positive experience with this particular seller. Quality quality quality
